The world can be a very distracting place. Many times we are distracted by things going on around us, our competitors and most times we are distracted by our own incompetence.

We spend so much time beating ourselves up, telling ourselves how far back we are, how much we haven't done, how our peers are doing better than us.

I know you've been there, perhaps you're feeling that way right now. I've been there too, I'm human as well.
