The importance of Meditation
Let's say you're a writer or an artist. You wake up, have to do a 9-5, your boss yells at you, Lagos traffic shows you shege, your parents complain, your partner stress you. You manage to get time to write or paint but you're just there, staring at the blank page or canvas. You have a vague idea of what you want to do but your brain seems not to be in the mood.

Meditation helps you clear your mind and focus. It's a good way to deal with physical and mental stress.
The two popular types of meditation (in this part of the world) are prayer and yoga.
Yes, prayer is a type of meditation. You focus your mind on the Almighty and communicate with Him. It works wonders when you do it earnestly.
Yoga is also highly recommended!
