You're on your way home from work one hot afternoon. You're sitting on the public transport (danfo) at the bus stop, sweating and hoping that other passengers will arrive on time. You wish you could order a ride, but your account balance is more red than your previous relationship.
While sitting, sweating and daydreaming about what it would be to excel in your creative journey and become rich. A man dressed like a village headmaster stands beside the bus with several books in his hands shouting, "My brothers and sisters. This book will help you succeed. It is titled 50 steps to financial success!"
You look at him as he sweats, sunburned, and you wonder why he hasn't read the books or applied them to his life.
This is what almost everyone thinks of when it comes to self-help books.
Self-help books are nonfiction books written with the intention of instructing the reader on how to solve a problem or improve an area of their life or providing other guidance.
I understand that, based on the things we saw while growing up, we have erased them from our minds, but I assure you that they are useful.
Here are three self-help books for creatives I read this year and I feel will be very useful for your creative journey.

I understand that not everyone enjoys reading like I do. In the next three newsletters I will summarize the lessons I learned from each book. If you know of other books fit for recommendation, let me know.
